WE ARE AN EXPERIENCE. 

We aren’t a run-of-the-mill boutique hotel where you have good service and pretty rooms (but could be anywhere in the world). We are an Argentine, family owned and run, working estancia which offers first class hospitality, traditional stylish rooms and a personalized program for each of our guests. Stay with us and your clients will experience life in a real Argentine estancia. Meals are always hosted by one of us and  we delight in regaling your clients with stories of local culture and history whilst enjoying together excellent local produce and top-notch wines. With characteristic Argentine style and warmth we offer our guests a glimpse into estancia life.

WE ARE AUTHENTIC.

Yes we organize first-class riding holidays, polo lessons and opportunities for exceptional bird-watching and hiking across the land but our farm is a working farm. With a prize winning herd of Aberdeen Angus our gauchos are out daily looking after our animals, and your clients are invited to take part, working with them to move the herds across the beautiful landscapes of Argentina and perhaps even mastering the 

lasso! Settling down for lunch, under a shady tree surrounded by gauchos and horses after a morning’s work with the cattle is certainly a way to uncover the essence of Argentine culture – a rare opportunity we can offer every one of our guests.

WE PERSONALIZE EVERY STAY. 

We enjoy worldwide acclaim for our horseback riding, and have over 140 exceptional horses to cater for all levels of riding ability with total confidence in the safety (and thrill) of each one. But what if a member of the party doesn’t care to get in the saddle? No problem - we will organize different activities from our broad portfolio; farm truck drives to meet the riders for lunch or at sundowner spots, gentle walks through the pristine sierras, adventures to waterfalls and condor spotting points, trips to visit historic Jesuit estancias or a day at a nearby golf course. With a maximum of 12 guests and a high staff-to-guest ratio we are confident 

that with our hands on approach to hosting, the personal attention your clients will receive is unrivalled.

We are an easily accessible destination. 

We know for todays time poor traveler accessibility is key. We combine fabulously with the thriving city of Buenos Aires or the beautiful wine district of Mendoza famed for its wine and restaurants, and because of our location (just 45 minutes from Córdoba airport), you can add experiencing Argentine rural culture into any itinerary. Although feeling gloriously remote and off the beaten track we are easy to reach - your clients could escape the buzz of Buenos Aires after breakfast and be eating an asado in pristine nature by lunchtime!

• Planning itineraries can sometimes be tricky in Argentina with many regions unappealing to visit ‘out of season’, however Córdoba is glorious to visit year round.

We generally attract the more adventurous or independently minded traveler looking for a mix of authenticity and comfort. Although Estancia Los Potreros attracts many riders (we are without a doubt one of the best estancias for serious riding in Argentina - recently featured in Real Travel ‘World’s Best Horse Riding’ and the Huffington Post ‘Most inspiring horse rides around the world’) we also appeal to non-riders who wish to unwind and feast on the best that Argentina has to offer.
